Located just off the beautiful Blue Ridge Parkway in Spruce Pine, North Carolina the Rio Doce Gem Mine is an amazing adventure for all ages! You and your family will be going on a Gem Mining Adventure
with connections right to the actual gem mines of Rio Doce (Sweet River) Brazil as well as the famous
Spruce Pine Mining District of North Carolina.
Once you select the size and type of mining ore you would like to "work" you will be instructed by our trained staff on how to find the gem material located in each bucket.
What will we find?
You are guaranteed to discover amazing gem stones in each bucket of mining ore! We do not just buy the mining material from middle men, we own the mine in Rio Doce (Sweet River), Brazil! There is no middle man here. You receive the finest quality stones guaranteed. What do we do with our stones?
